FIRE OF MERCY: The Light of Faith PILGRIMAGE

Good afternoon everyone! Sorry for the late email with this, but here is what you need to know for this Saturday’s Fire of Mercy pilgrimage.
First, I’ve attached a Gasper River “Risk & Release” form that you’ll need to fill out and bring with you OR fill out immediately when you arrive on Saturday morning (I will have extra copies). If you do not fill this form out, you cannot participate in the ropes courses that Gasper River Youth Camp is offering us!  Second, I’ve attached a list of “WHAT TO BRING” for our overnight stay at Gasper River.
The general itinerary is attached and at the bottom of this email, so please arrive at St. Luke no later than 6am. I know this is an early morning, but we have a long day filled with activities so come prepared! You will not be disappointed! We have rented a BUS for this trip, so no other transportation will be needed! We plan to be back to Louisville on Sunday between 2pm and 2:30pmEST in time for St. Athanasius’ Divine Mercy Sunday celebration. Make sure to park and leave your cars in the small parking lot near the gym doors @ St. Luke. If there’s anything else that comes up, I’ll let you know.
Please call me at 502-428-6757 if you have any other questions or concerns. Thanks!
